Data residency
Where your data is stored and processed today. This describes how YLAÜXI actually runs, not a certification or a region we have not built.
Database
YLAÜXI is one shared application. Every account's data lives in one Postgres database in the European Union, hosted by Hostinger, and is kept separate by account. There is one primary database and no copy in another region.
Files and media
Uploads and generated media are stored on the same server, under your account, and served with the same sign-in checks as the rest of your account.
Backups
The database is backed up every night and the last 30 nightly copies are kept. Hostinger keeps separate copies of the whole server.
Services that process data
Some features send data to other providers, such as Stripe for payments, Postmark for email and Anthropic for AI. Each one only receives what its feature needs. The full list, with locations, is on the sub-processors page.
Export and deletion
- Export Download your account's data at any time from Settings.
- Deletion Request deletion from Settings. Your name, email, password and connected accounts are removed straight away and access ends.
- Records the law requires Invoices, income records and signed contracts are kept for 7 years, then deleted automatically.
